Delivery Policy

1. Hong Kong Orders will be shipped via SF Express.

2. In-stock items will be shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding holidays).

3. Orders placed will be shipped within 7–14 business days (excluding holidays).

4. Manufactured goods may take longer.

5. We will do our best to ensure your package arrives safely. However, please carefully check that your name and delivery address are correct before confirming your order.

6. If the recipient entrusts a third-party to receive the goods on their behalf, and its third-party logistics partners shall not be held liable for any risks, or losses involved once the goods have been signed for at the designated address.

7. STILL hereby explicitly reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to alter, amend, supplement, or delete any provision of these Terms at any time and without prior notification. ▸ Shipping Fee Policy (Hong Kong only)

Enjoy free delivery on orders over HK$600,  This includes all SF Express pickup options, such as SF Business Stations, SF Stores, SF Partner Pickup Points and SF Lockers. 

Enjoy free delivery on orders over HK$600, customers can also choose delivery to residential or commercial addresses for an additional HK$10 (the website system will display a HK$30 shipping fee during the check out process, but there is a HK$20 shipping subsidy will be provided, so the customer effectively only pays HK$10).

There is HK$30 delivery fee is automatically applied if your cart total in the amount under HK$600 of each order.

Orders from 0 – 1 KG: HK$30

Orders from 1.1 – 1.5 KG: HK$36

Orders from 1.6 KG and or above: HK$42
